If you are Ali Davut Sarikaya aka Dr David Kaye aka Dr David Sarikaya aka Prof David Sarikaya et al you just declare in self-serving blog posts and electoral advertising that "you have no criminal convictions", and voila, there are none.

That works fine until you start to get tested on that little creative rewriting of history by various courts, tribunals, and regulatory authorities, and especially yours truly, who didn't know who this undercooked crumpet was until he hit her radar like a freight train three days before the 2025 Federal Election where, you guessed it, this creative criminal mastermind was standing in the seat of REID as strumpet candidate; public exposure much? C'mon...really, whining about being found out..how the pathetic are brought down by their own acts of egocentric self absorbed narcopathy.

Mr Sarikaya has been living in the land of DENIAL for decades, carving out a not insignificant chunk of the internet for his own private pity party, and a place to build his prohibition order world of utter disdain for the rules of normal professional life where he continues to offer very expensive and dangerous health services to unsuspecting consumers who haven't a clue their dodgy dr and ever denying psychologist is so dangerous he's been given the golden shower award for being a piss weak unqualified cheat who's lied his way into various official appointments without a shred of remorse or guilt for what he's done, and continues to do.

But I digress...as is so easy to do with such a huge choice of topics, and must bring myself back to the topic at hand...how to make a criminal conviction disappear.

If you're like me, you'll have no clue how the National Police Check system works. But you can be reassured that the good dodgy doctor sure does.

You see, if you are an adult in Victoria convicted of a criminal offence, and a conviction is recorded, that conviction follows you for the next 10 years.

After 10 years it becomes what's called a 'spent conviction'.

It's not deleted or anything, but the National Police Check won't included spent convictions in its returned data record.

In the ex-parte reasons, the judge said this:

​The judgment creditor, the Victorian WorkCover Authority ("the Authority") has petitioned the Court for a sequestration order against the estate of the judgment debtor, David Sarikaya. The petition is founded on a final judgment in the sum of $24,290, together with interest of $9,618.84, pursuant to s 3 of the Penalty Interest Rate Act 1983 (Vic). The judgment was obtained in the Broadmeadows Magistrates' Court on 5 April 1993. The act of bankruptcy relied upon in the petition is the failure of the judgment debtor to pay or to secure payment of the judgment debt and interest as required by a bankruptcy notice dated 11 April 1996.

The certified extract of the judgment records that, in a proceeding by Pearl Rogers of the Accident Compensation Commission against the judgment debtor for obtaining property by deception, the judgment debtor pleaded guilty, was convicted and given a suspended sentence and was ordered to pay $24,290 compensation and costs in the amount of $6,042. The judgment debtor applied to the County Court to reopen the conviction but that application failed. The order for compensation was made under s 86(1) of the Sentencing Act 1991 (Vic) which provides that, if a court convicts a person of an offence it may, on the application of the person suffering loss, order the offender to pay compensation for the loss.

Extracts from the records of the Magistrates' Court have been adduced in evidence and show that the order was made in favour of the Accident Compensation Commission of which the Victorian WorkCover Authority is the successor in law.

David Kaye is a business name he registered in 2009; he’d been using it as an alias well prior to 2009 to hide that he was made bankrupt on 1 August 1997 by the Victorian Workcover Authority for fines and interest of over $30,000 imposed on him by the Broadmeadows Magistrates Court on 5 April 1993, where he pleaded guilty to obtaining property by deception.

Ali Davut Sarikaya aka David Kaye is under a permanent prohibition order and is not allowed to offer any health service of any kind whether paid or free.

For those who don't get the intricate technical details, that means this jackass can't do jack shit about anything; he can't do counselling, he can't assess you, he can't do research, he can't write blog posts offering Telehealth consults, he can't pretend to be a fake psychologist, he can't do a goddamn thing and if he does it's an offence that carries jail time.

This includes any practitioner delivering services to injured people under the workers compensation and CTP Schemes for the associated businesses.
